Daan van Wettum holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Inter College in Amsterdam. He began his professional journey with a final internship at Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub, where he later continued working as a project manager. This project became the largest logistics development in the Netherlands, offering Daan valuable experience in large-scale real estate and infrastructure initiatives.

In addition to his corporate experience, Daan has gained in-depth knowledge through years of involvement in his family’s real estate company, Vastgoed van Wettum. This background provided him with a strong foundation in property development and investment from an early age.

Over the past four years, Daan has been based in Spain, where he combines his passion for real estate with hands-on expertise in the Costa del Sol property market. Beyond real estate, he has a keen interest in investing in innovative companies that offer future-proof products and services—reflecting his entrepreneurial mindset and vision for sustainable growth.
